Data Credits are the unit we use the measure your consumption of the services. Basically, everything you do in the bMoves app will use Data Credit. Every plan has a maximum amount of data credit you can use but you can always get more Data Credits if you need.

ConnectHub and ConnectHub GEO wirelessly interface with you bMoves app. Once the connection is established, your bMoves app automatically pull data from your vehicle or equipment. 

The ConnectHub GEO enable precise geo-positionning with airport-grade hardware through GPS, GLONASS and Galileo. If knowing where your vehicles are is key or you don't want to use your smartphone's geo-positionning, make sure to subscribe to our ConnectHub GEO.

You can automatically get a lot of data out of your ConnectHub. To help you with this we can supply several accessories.

Our support team will help you troubleshoot the problem. If necessary, we will replace any defective parts.

Once the payment is received, we send you all the hardware to install on your vehicles as well as tutorials to guide you through the installation. The hardware include the processing unit and a wiring kit. For the ConnectHub GEO, you will also receive an antenna.

Installing a ConnectHub or ConnectHub GEO requires very basic technical skills. Through our courses, you can learn everything you need to install it and configure it with our user-friendly configuration app.

We would be sad to see you go, but if that's what you wish for so be it. Because our hardware do not work with anything else than bMoves, we ask for you to send it back. Should you fail to do so, we will have to charge you for the hardware.
