How to do it

  1. Create a free bMoves account
  2. Create one category per sector of activity, "Winter Services", "Waste Management", "Inspection", and "Maintenance".
  3. Create activities, like "Cleaning" or "Waste Removal" in the "Waste Management" category.
  4. Create your custom-built inspection form. For example, use forms to report for damages on your runways and to order a repair.
  5. Assign the form you just created to an activity.
  6. Enter the vehicles you want to monitor, for example, all your winter services vehicles.
  7. In Equipment, list the equipment you want to monitor, for example, spreader or plow. 
  8. Assign measurements to equipment for the elements you want to monitor (like spreader width or plow status). Measurements are everything you measure on your equipment.
  9. Create as many users as you need
