- In Equipment, create the equipment mounted on your sweepers and other vehicles.
- Assign pre-defined measurements to monitor specific elements of your equipment. With measurements, you measure everything you do with your equipment, such as broom rpm or position.
- Create categories of activities based on what you do in your organization, for example "Inspection", "Cleaning", or "Administration".
- Create activities in those categories, for example, "On-site cleaning" or "Garbage collection" in the category "Cleaning".
- Create forms to get specific information from the field
- Assign the forms you just created to activities.
