2. List your sweepers and other vehicles as well as operators in the system.
3. In Equipment, create the equipment mounted on your sweepers and other vehicles. 
4. Assign pre-defined measurements to monitor specific elements of your equipment. With measurements, you measure everything you do with your equipment, such as broom rpm or position.
5. Create categories of activities based on what you do in your organization, for example "Inspection", "Cleaning", or "Administration". 
6. Create activities in those categories, for example, "On-site cleaning" or "Garbage collection" in the category "Cleaning".
7. Create forms to get specific information from the field
